BorouxReviews of boroux.com

The customer service at Boroux has been top notch and the products have changed my families lives! We love this company and highly recommend them!

Fantastic customer service, with a real phone number and real people. I had recently moved and forgot to notify Boroux auto-ship, but when I received an email that my filters had just sent, I panicked because of the old address. I called the customer service number and They were able to stop the shipment and correct the address to my new home right away. Very impressive , these days. The product is top notch and I highly recommend the extras. The automatic ‘priming’ feature makes set up fun and easy. I’ve used Boroux for 18 months now and I love it. I always toss the first two batches of water after installing new filters. I’m drinking more water now and love the purity.

We love our Boroux water filtration system, the only complaint is we wish we would have got one sooner! We love the crisp, clean taste of this water, anytime I taste unfiltered water now you can definitely taste the difference. It was a bit of a learning curve to prime the filter during the initial setup, but ever since then it's been great. We also purchased the water level spigot which is a total game changer. Highly recommend that add-on! Thanks Boroux for providing us with clean water we can trust for years to come.

I had been searching for replacement filters for my Berkey water filters for a few months since they were always out of stock. I've been using the Boroux filters for a couple months now and they work just as well if not better than any Berkey filter that I have ever used. I feel like the people that have issues with these types of products just cant follow simple directions.

The Boroux water filter system is amazing! I've been using it for several weeks now, and my family is loving it! I have two small children, and I was really worried about the water they were drinking. The Boroux has alleviated my worries, and the water tastes great! You will not regret this purchase.

I recently received the new Boroux water filtration system, and I'm thoroughly impressed. From the moment I contacted customer service, I experienced top-notch service that went above and beyond. Not to mention the fast shipping! The system itself is beautifully designed. But beyond aesthetics, its quality is unmatched. The water it produces is deliciously crisp, making every sip a refreshing delight. The thought of my family now drinking the purest water brings me so much peace of mind. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Boroux has produced an unmatched gravity water filtration system! Having clean drinking water is essential to our family’s health, and we could not be happier with our choice to switch to Boroux products! We love the sleek design of the canister, it looks so beautiful in our dining room. Also, our old system was just not large enough so the 3 gallon canister with the Boroux Legacy system is just the perfect size for us! Not to mention the crisp, delicious water we now get to drink! Plus the stem saver on the filters makes them seem much more durable than filters we have used in the past. Overall this is a great product, one that our family is incredibly grateful for!
