I placed an order, waited a week and didn't ever see an order confirmation email. So I placed order again (similar). I received confirmation quickly on order #2 and received the shipment quickly. Then order #1 showed up a few days later. I really like the clothes, (except the zippers on one of the pair of joggers are in a bad spot when deadlifting), but didn't really want two of everything. So A for apparel, C- for communication.

Good jacket but sizing is off. Go a size up to fit well.

Fabric is a little baggy, so they feel heavy. Would have preferred a trimmer cut.

The pants are a disproportionate fit. Probably won't buy any more products from this company.

average service for active clothing, the shippping took them a week and a half but I was told that it will take up to 3 days, so I am a little confused, is anybody that had the same problem?

Shorts seem nice...now that I have them. Getting them was an ordeal and a half and I almost hope I dont like them for working out so I dont have to ponder ordering another pair.

The liner is too short and rides up with pretty much any movement. The short material is nice and soft but not workout proof. It loses its shape and is not hard wearing. I think the sizing could also be off. I am a medium size shorts in every brand I have ever tried. Born Tough medium fits really tight.
