Review of Elite Sports Men's Core White Brazilian Jiu Jitsu BJJ Gi As someone who has spent a fair amount of time on the mats, I know that finding the right gi can make a significant difference in your training experience. The Elite Sports Men's Core White Brazilian Jiu Jitsu BJJ Gi has proven to be a stellar choice, particularly for practitioners looking for a balance of durability, comfort, and performance. **Material and Durability:** First off, the material of this gi stands out. Made from a lightweight yet robust fabric, it withstands the rigorous demands of regular training and sparring sessions. The gi is crafted from a preshrunk material, which is a crucial feature as it minimizes size changes after washing. It feels soft against the skin, a pleasant bonus that doesn't compromise its resilience, ensuring that it holds up well against the wear and tear typical in BJJ training. **Fit and Comfort:** The fit of the Elite Sports BJJ Gi is spot-on. It offers a tailored feel that isn't too snug or too loose, which is exactly what you need from a performance gi. The company seems to have dialed in the sizing to accommodate various body types, which is great for ensuring that most practitioners can find a gi that fits well right out of the box. The set includes a jacket, pants, and a white belt, making it a complete package for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. **Mobility and Performance:** In terms of mobility, this gi allows for a full range of movement, which is essential in BJJ. Whether you're working on your guard, practicing takedowns, or drilling escapes, the gi moves with you without any restriction. The design and cut of the pants and jacket support dynamic movements, enhancing your ability to perform techniques effectively. **Additional Features:** The gi also features reinforced stitching at critical stress points, which adds to its durability and overall quality. The minimalistic design, free of large logos or branding, appeals to those who prefer a cleaner, more classic look on the mat. Moreover, it's IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) legal, which means you can wear it in competitions governed by IBJJF rules. **Overall Impression:** The Elite Sports Men's Core White BJJ Gi strikes an excellent balance between quality, comfort, and price. It is an ideal choice for both novice and advanced practitioners who need a reliable gi for intense training sessions and competitions. Its durability, coupled with high functionality and comfort, makes it a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about their Jiu Jitsu journey. In conclusion, if you’re in the market for a gi that will support your training goals, provide lasting durability, and won't break the bank, the Elite Sports Men's Core White Brazilian Jiu Jitsu BJJ Gi should definitely be on your list.
