Sent me a stained shirt asked me for pictures of proof and they never got back to me or did anything about it

This company does not have good customer service at all. Not only do you need to pay for shipping to get an item. But if you want to return the item, you need to pay for shipping again. And, they do not refund you the entire amount you paid for, since they deduct shipping fees (when you paid them to begin with). I would not recommend buying from this brand.

Not worth it , quality is terrible and they charge for return shipping

In order BTCOM5484 I bought 8 core fit long sleeve shirts. Out of the 8, I’ve only worn the stone colored shirt once. Washed it once, and it has a hole in the neck to shoulder lining. Not happy. If the other 7 are the same quality ? Should I send them back? I have your track suits and shorts and they’re good quality - maybe it’s just the Core shirts ?

I was sent the wrong items about 3 weeks ago. I ordered a weight vest, instead I got a fanny pack. This issue still isn't resolved and at this point borntough has stopped responding to me. I guess I'm out the weight vest, and my money. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. There is NO WAY to make a return. You better love what you buy. You are stuck with it. Their fabric is like wearing a neoprene wet suit and cut VERY slim.
