I have made a tremendous amount of bets and when I say I won nothing, that is an understatement! I feel this game cheats their customers. How can I bet hundreds of dollars but win nothing?!

Customer service with borgata pa is horrendous. You can never get anyone on the phone, online chat resolves nothing, never get a response to emails and ever since my original host resigned 6 months ago, I’ve had a new host that has responded to one lone email. I have thousands of dollars stuck in purgatory as I’m getting an error message when trying to withdraw and nobody to help me resolve this issue. Never a problem depositing funds though! Ironically, this started after I hit for $100K last week. They’re literally trying to steal money back now.

I haven’t played on Borgata in months. Received email that I received a $500 bonus to get back into my account. I log in and claim bonus, but when I try to play I receive error message saying “account restricted contact customer service”. I sent my identification in case that was the issue. It wasn’t. Since then I have had a minimum of 20 emails - some say check in 24, 48 or 72 hours so “relevant team” can review. Some say my account has been released, thank you for your patience and it isn’t released. Some say 7 business days for review. Some say clear cache and cookies etc. as of now it’s been almost 7 days with no access to the account. They will not transfer me to supervisor, they refuse. The bonus they offered expires soon. I have no idea why they even contacted me. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. PLEASE gamble elsewhere.

Awful customer service, they will actually get smart with you and hang up, I had some little creep named Sean, real tough guy on the phone, they blocked my account and have been doing a review for a week now as soon as you go to make it withdrawal then it's time to do a review never for a deposit stay away they are pathetic

Borgata customer service email is keep sending me a ticket number saying response in 24 hours Today after 11 days still no response from customer service technicians .So I am trying to get my money back and say goodbye to MGM and Borgata.Join WSOP and get response within an hour for any problem.

Customer service sucks and no response after you try to get problem solved.Same fu…..ing answer 24 to 48 hours.

This is the worst online gambling site ever. Upon winning money borgata all of a sudden states that whatever accounts you use to make deposits any winnings get split up and sent to each deposit account when doing that I saw that the accounts listed did not exist anymore when I went to edit they froze my account giving me a huge run around never giving me a reason why and then closed my account with no explanation and never gave me my winnings this is the worst sight on the internet right along with their partner bet MGM the worst I do not advise going on this site they are scam artists
