Product key was invalid and I received no response to my E-mail.

I can't install the product. It still says I can't activate Windows. I bought the Pro version. The computer says that I have to install HOME instead for the product key that I have, This was a waste of money. And I'm actually kinda pissed off about this.

Tried to get a Windows 11 Pro Key without success. I entered my MasterCard information and all seem to be correct. Under Billing info I am ask to enter only my First Name (strange) not my full name. Under Additional Information I entered my Full name as it appears on my card. All other information was correct e.g. number, expire date, code on back of card, etc. I don't understand, I tried it several time and keep getting declined. I have plenty on money on the account. I don't think the company is creditable. Not everyone uses Chrome browser, there are others.

I submitted a credit card. Called the CC supplier, it was rejected due to being a "PayPal" request I DID NOT CHOOSE! Due to so many illegal PayPal activity to me! 2. a response your e mail is rejected as "undelivered". Please tell me you exist. date: 10/16/2023

Everything went wrong

Said it would fit my product and it didn't now I'm stuck with without my freaking computer fixed and no one to help me nobody's there to listen to me at all it says you guys are but there's nowhere there either want my money back or I want the product that would fit my computer that would make me happy
