I highly recommend the personal training. A lot of people struggle with losing weight. They buy the next new machine or the next new pill. The next quick fix. Reality is that you have to deal with what got your body to where it is. It wasn't one bag of chips, one coke, one candy bar. It was a conscious decision to stuff your hurt and your pain. Danita helps you dig to the root of that pain using verbal cues and visual prompts that help you see the merry go round that you are on. She works with you to get you off that merry go round. She meets you right where you are. She is in your corner every step of the way.

My app page wasn't working. They got up and running for me quickly so I could continue with my workouts. And checked in to make sure everything was taken care of. 🙂

Absolutely love my booty bands, been using them for years now! Danita was fantastic to work with, she did everything she could to make sure I was happy and had what I needed. However, I do wish it was easier to get in touch with customer service.
