Order 21829
Soooooo…. Where do I start? they won’t let me cancel my order! I can’t believe it! They haven’t even shipped yet! The reason they have this “all sales are final” thing is because they are scams and people realize that once they have the boots. Haha, such a funny thing. Buy from these people if you want fake boots and bad interactions.

Not genuine products
* Look great from a distance but they’re not genuine product. Upon closer look you can see the imperfections in the sole and stitching. As products are advertised as “100% original” it’s a bit disappointing. * Not comfortable to wear because the sole doesn’t have any flex to it, guess this is because of the materials used. * Price and aesthetic is good though, depends what you’re looking for, comfort is important to me! * Shipping took 3 weeks, I expected that so all good.

I agree with the recent reviews for…
I agree with the recent reviews for Boots Dubai. They lied about the boots we ordered, take your money then we received fake Boots. They agreed to refund USD 100 and only sent USD 80 then when they received the poor review we gave them took the USD 80 back. Do not trust BOOTS DUBAI. I am sure some people are happy getting screwed but that’s their problem. Buy you boots from a good source not these crooks

BEWARE NON AUTHENTIC FOOTBALL BOOTS FROM BOOTSDUBAI
We purchased a pair of Adidas football boots from BootsDubai. We asked if the boots were real and Authentic which they confirmed they were. We paid the full price and when they were delivered you could see from the way the boots were made along with the packaging they were fake. I could have purchased the real thing direct from Adidas for approx £30 more. Be aware of this Company and be aware of the Authenticity when buying as you will not get your money back. The staff seem polite but you are better of buying from a site in the UK. Not sure where these people are based as they use a US telephone number. Do not trust what these people tell you! I just saw a customer review from a person that purchased the Yamal latest football boots. They stated that know one had them apart from Boots Dubai. MY DEAR FRIEND THIS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE FAKES!!!! THEY ADVISE THEY ARE REAL THEN SEND YOU FAKE BOOTS

We appreciate all feedback, but we find it unfair that you didn’t mention the fact that we partially refunded your money as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. At Boots Dubai, if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we always work towards a resolution. It’s clear that you’re just looking for trouble, but writing this won’t stop people from ordering from us. With over 15,000 satisfied customers, our reputation speaks for itself. We wish you the best of luck with your future shopping experience.

Scam- will not exchange if wrong size is ordered.
It says on the websight that soccer cleats are hard to fit, so if you order the wrong size they will exchange them for another size. This is false. It's a scam. I ordered a pair of cleats for my son. Ordered a 10, they were too big. Tried them on in our home one time. I reached out for an exchange, they would not exchange. Offered me a discount but said since it was the size I ordered. They won't exchange.
Response from Boots DubaiFeb 11, 2025
Sorry to hear about your experience. However, as clearly stated on our website, we offer free exchanges only if the mistake is on our end. That’s why we provide a detailed size chart to help customers choose the correct size, whether in UK, US, or EU measurements. We genuinely tried to assist by offering you a 50% discount on a replacement, but we can’t just send a new pair if the wrong size was selected by the customer—it wouldn’t make sense. Also, calling us a scam when we delivered exactly what you ordered is unfair. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we wish you the best of luck with your future shopping experience.
