I ordered items advertised on Facebook. First I was overcharged so contacted them and that was corrected though I did ask that the order be cancelled and refunded. They fobbed me off and said to let the order proceed and if I still didn't want it once arrived they would sort it out. It arrived and was not as advertised. It was advertised as being a teapot with four cups and a carry case. Only the two teapots came nothing else ( I had ordered two sets) and these were tiny what I would call you size. I contacted them only to be given nothing but run around and very inadequate compensation for half the order not arriving. I said I wanted to return them and get a full refund but the run around continues. They haven't given me the return address and just keep telling me it will cost me a lot of money to return them but no offer if sending the missing items or refund for this. Do not trust them or deal with them as customer service is zilch and refund zilch and compensation totally inadequate.
