I am still waiting for the package ordered in June...it is supposedly in my country already but somehow it cannot reach me.Also now I learn ( from their own Customer Support) that it was sent from China not US as they previously informed me....I guess I will never see the item and I only hope I will get a refund....terrible service, avoid it !

I wish there was a minus button… This company is a scam Ordered the duffle bag on Jan 5 and it has yet to arrived. I received updates for the first 3 weeks till it arrived into Australia, then nothing. After numerous emails requesting a refund and them responding by asking me to be patient, IT BEEN 3 months, After so much frustration I googled them and realized it was a scam. So I contacted my credit card to retrieve funds. Then all social media platforms The company name on statement PingPong Reviewsthappy…. Says it all

If there was a minus 5 stars, I would hit it! I purchased a phone case which arrived broken. I sent a picture to their joke of a customer service, who told me there was no quality issue so they could not refund me nor replace the item. The “supposed to be” customer service email has no name, no signature block and their level of the English Language is somewhat limited. My advice is: avoid at all cost!!

ordered permanent christmas lights from them. 2 months later and i still don't have the product. their customer service is quick to reply but isn't willing to help out. I finally got the shipping label from them only to find that the package was seized a month ago for counterfeit postage. I'll likely have to go to my credit card company to get my money back. don't order from them or any other site that looks similar. they use the same layout for a bunch of urls and they all seem to be shady.
