I spent two days with Valerian learning the beginnings of the coffee roasting process and business. I would recommend spending time with Valerian if you're interested in coffee roasting and I plan to head back to the Boot Coffee Campus to learn more sometime in the future.

I recently completed the Introduction to Sensory Science at the Boot Coffee Campus in San Rafael, California. Great class. Great instruction. Learned a lot and the day passed by very quickly. I recommend this class to you if you are interested in a hands on experience that will greatly improve your coffee cupping skills.
