Boot.dev is good
I like Boot.dev. It: - challenges me - helps me via integrated Boots AI chat when I get stuck - rewards me constantly - is structured and fun - keeps me motivated because its lessons are just short enough to hold in my head (most of the time) I spent well over 100 hours watching videos on realpython.com last fall, then forgot everything. While the content is excellent, watching videos simply isn't enough. Boot.dev, above all else, prioritizes practice and actually applying the coding principles you learn. That's why it wins. It's not perfect. What is? But there's a huge Discord community around it and it improves constantly, adding more content, features and ideas. I would recommend it to any friend of mine wanting to learn to code.
