Warning about BoostRealm’s LOL booster service
If your account gets suspended during a boost, here are a few things I experienced that I think are unfair: They changed my order without my explicit approval. I purchased Silver I → Gold I, but after the rollback they decided to finish at Silver I. They later claimed I had agreed through the booster, but I never formally accepted the change. Their definition of “same value” doesn’t match their own pricing. They said 2 times Silver IV → Silver I has the same value as my original order Silver I → Gold I, even though Gold divisions are priced higher on their website. When I asked how “same value” was calculated, they couldn’t provide a clear standard. There is no standardized process. Support admitted their workflow for suspension cases wasn’t built and that they usually rely on the booster to handle these situations. The order was closed without my confirmation. Their email says the customer should confirm completion, but my order was closed while I was still disputing the revised scope. Support later acknowledged that this flow is confusing. As a customer, I expect to deal with the company, not negotiate service terms with an individual booster. If the company changes an order after a suspension, there should be a clear, standardized policy and explicit customer approval—not an informal Discord conversation.
