Great product. It is a refreshing breath of well needed air when working with a mask on all day long.

I believe you have a good product I just wish there was more quantity and it’s a little container as I only got really good at the most two good shots of air to help me along

I bought the large size 10L at Cabelas. I am a runner and run at least 5 miles and throw a few sprints in there. I have taken this during a run and during a cooldown. When I take it while muscle fatigue is happening during a run, I feel a muscle calming rush. That feeling I get while running is about 15-20 big sprays of O2 from the Boost Oxygen bottle. I have only seen improvement on performance during sprints and it's recovery. On another note, I hooked myself up to my SpO2 monitor and I usually read about 96%, and with 10 full breathes from this bottle, I was at 100% for 2 1/2 minutes. overall I am very satisfied with this product. As to how many breathes on a 10L bottle, I don't know, I am on the same bottle for the last 3 runs and cool downs. Thanks Boost Oxygen.

I am amazed with your product. I am a 60 yr old, overweight, out-of-shape old woman. I find myself “huffing and puffing” for breath after just a little bit of activity … loading the dishwasher, loading and unloading the washer and dryer, and vacuuming the living room. I usually perform an activity or two and then sit down and catch my breath for about 15-30 minutes. When my “Boost” oxygen arrived, I decided to use it first when I rested. After 1 one-second breath of “Boost”, I find that I catch my breath much easier and much faster! I find that I am able to get more done than I usually do! I’m still overweight and out-of-shape but the “Boost” oxygen really does seem to help me to breathe easier! I am sold on it!
