I have sent numerous emails cause i didn't get my order and they have not answer my emails. Im from finland so maybe they can't deliver it but i want my money back...not so good customer service in my opinion..i hope they answer its been like a month now...

I did call the company and spoke with a company rep. She was very polite and informed me that I could find the no flying law on their website, which I did. However, as a former senior advertising/marketing executive, I found the verbiage on the Amazon site to be flowery and not very informative. And again, no mention that this product is banned on all airlines. Guess I’ll have to walk or drive from Connecticut to the high Rockies. Case closed.

We are fairly limited with the amount of information we can include on our Amazon listings. There is a questions section on every Amazon listing right above where the customer reviews are. There are multiple answers to questions regarding whether or not Boost Oxygen is allowed on airplanes on those Amazon listings. And like you also mentioned, we have it on our FAQ page on our website. You could have also either given us a call, sent us an email or even sent a message to any of the 3rd party sellers on Amazon and they would have provided you with the information you were looking for. Again, we are very limited to the amount of information we can include on our Amazon listings. That's why most of it is highlighting product benefits, how to use the product, the size of the cans, etc. When customers usually inquire about this - we advise them that it's not allowed on airplanes. Many of those customers will usually elect to either place an order and ship it to where they plan on staying (we can only ship ground) or they use the store locator on our site to find retailers in that area that carry Boost. Again, we are very limited with the amount of information we can have on our Amazon listings. Our website is the best place to find more specific information about any sort of restrictions on the product itself. There's no need to mock the information we have on our Amazon listings. Bought few cans on April 3rd, didn't receive anything and couldn't reach them after multiple attempts. Left a review here so they contacted me telling me their "shipping partner" had "lost" the package so they're sending a new one. This was also a month ago and I still haven't received anything and can't get in touch with them. This is an unreliable and mismanaged company. Feels like an exit scam. PS. They replied to my original review saying that it's not their fault because I ordered from "shop.boostoxygen.com" and it's a different site, even though it literally is the same domain so even though the company responding to these reviews is technically a different company than the distributor for "shop.boostoxygen.com" this review is right at home here since I did order from boostoxygen.com subdomain.

Shop.Boostoxygen.com is one of our international partners. We do not have visibility to the orders that are placed on that site. Yes they use our domain because they are one of our partners but again, we do not fulfill or ship those orders. Boostoxygen.com handles US orders only. I purchased 2 10 liter canisters, the second canister lasted about 5 minutes and empty. I've been told that there is no warranty and they wont replace the defective canister. Buyer beware, I paid for two and only received 1 working canister and I have to eat the cost. Initially gave 1 star. Update: I received an email from Boost Oxygen offering to replace the defective canister. I misspoke about Boost return policy. The first canister worked great so I was a little upset, should of waited to hear back from Boost. I'll continue to buy the oxygen canisters from Boost. Great support. Update: I was told I would receive the replacement in a few days, it's been 2 weeks. Back to 1 star, this company has problems especially quality. I truly feel when I receive the canister it will be defective. There not reliable. Update: received 2 canister and guess what, there defective. This business only wants your money and have a crap product they can't control. Done with this company, it's disgraceful. They told me to reach out to them. Ok, give me a full refund for my purchases. Or send me the largest box of Boost Oxygen and I'll video opening a new canister (with a clock in view) and I'm sure I'll film many defective canisters, then you'll have your proof. Update Again all they reply with is it's 100 percent guaranteed and do not address my issue. Now they've threatened to remove my post. This place is garbage, don't shop here or this will be you on this end. I'm filing a complaint at the BBB. I contacted you via email early on so your liar as well, More BBB lies to enter. I have the emails. I'm done with your crap. This will added to my Google review.

I want a refund, these people are crooks, bought a 3pack got 3 ok puffs out of first can then 1 or2 out of other cans, if you have cops DO NOT waste your money!!!!!!

Used the product in Lake Tahoe which is 6000+ feet altitude. We (my wife) and I had mild symptoms of altitude illness. Using the product changed nothing. It did increase our O2 saturation but ever so briefly. Did not matter if we took a puff or two or used it more frequently. I really think it offers no meaningful organic, physiologic benefit. Just saying.

Most of our customers who use it in higher altitudes to combat altitude sickness will usually take anywhere from three to five inhalations at a time. That seems to be what works best for most consumers. Results will usually vary from person to person. Higher altitude areas in the US is where we're most popular and many consumers have used it and continue to use it when they travel to these areas.
