An order that goes pending, processing and then cancels has failed rather than been ignored, and when that happens the charge returns to your panel balance instead of being kept. That is worth checking, because the funds should still be on the account. If the same service failed more than once, reordering it will usually fail the same way; a different service ID for the same metric is the fix, and support can say which one.
