I purchased two Tomb of Sargeras Heroic MasterLoot boost runs, reserved jewellery, relics and backs as extras which I paid extra for. The raid started over an hour late, and took over 7 hours when we had been told it would take 2.5-3. More importantly than the time was the disappointing amount of loot I received, only 3 items per account, which was well below not only what we expected but what we had been informed we would receive by members of staff at Boost2Night. After much discussion with individuals at Boost2Night we managed to organise a re run. The new raid leader was much more efficient, organised and professional. Assigning loot promptly and communicating with us in a timely manner. Overall the first experience I had with the first raid leader was apalling, perhaps not the fault of Boost2Night but of one of the individuals they use to provide their services. With that being said all issues have now been rectified and the second raid leader we ran with was excellent. If I hadn't have had such a bad first experience and had been assigned to the second raid leader on the first run I would have no hesitation recommending this service.
