after dozen efforts they continue dont close my account . stay away

Absoluter Scam. Es ist alles voreingestellt, was man gewinnt oder verliert. Zur "Auszahlung" kam es nicht. 400 Euro 5 mal storniert. Die hätten nie ausbezahlt. Ob 15 Tage überhaupt rechtens sind? Ausserdem schließen sie den Account nicht.

Get it from me, I won £4500 and after waiting 15 working days, they said I broke a rule so they had to close my account and keep the winnings, I never used any of their freebies, I am still chasing the complaint I’ve raised to an external medium. I could give a 0 if I would. The worst site ever. Mind you you can only withdraw £500 every 15 working days

Wouldnt even give 1 star After my experience Never pays out impossible to get feature avoid at all cost

Had a lovely win. So tried to withdraw it. After over a week I’m still waiting for payment. Talked to the chat I got no where tried emailing to get no response. Avoid at all cost awful casino.
