I am new to Boomer Benefits and had lots of questions. Julia Porras was there at every step and provided amazing service.

I did not realize that my window of opportunity to change my part D medicare plan through Boomer Benefits was Nov.22nd. When I called to make that change I spoke to Michelle Weingart who informed me that they stopped implementing changes last Wednesday. I was disappointed since I had called and left a message to speak to my representative on Tuesday, and his outgoing message made no reference to the end date. She was kind enough to look up my info and send me a link where I was able to sign up at a big savings of over my current plan. Michelle went above and beyond for me!

Over the course of two phone conversations, Dustin Hibner patiently answered all my questions and gave me several insurance options to consider. He didn't push for one plan over another---his goal was to give me the information I needed to make my own decisions. When I asked for his opinions, he gave me thoughtful, fact-based answers. I really appreciate this way of doing business! When I was ready, Dustin helped me with all the paperwork needed to enroll in the Medigap plan I chose as well as a dental-vision-hearing package. (He also offered suggestions for Part D but I chose to enroll in Part D through my beloved locally owned pharmacy.)
