Boomer Benefits is a great organization that has a highly professional staff that are very knowledgeable, efficient as well as good communicators and interface very well with their clients. Angie Kuykendall is a great example and represents the Boomer Benefits culture and vision well with her keen focus on her clients. During the typical "chaos" of open enrollment, she was responsive, provided proactive follow-up and communicated all aspects regarding my questions. I was transitioning from a Supplement to an Advantage plan as I am relocating from Illinois to Florida and she brought me up to speed rather quickly, she walked me through all key aspects of the differences between the two types of plans as well as providing great explanations regarding the advantage plans, including the one I selected. She helped me during a time of major changes such as moving (and downsizing) to Florida.
