Boomerang tags give your dog class!
This is the second tag we've bought for our puppy (we've had her 2.5 months) and I don't think we'll ever need to buy another one! Her first tag was provided when we adopted her from the shelter, with a few weeks you couldn't read more than two letters of her name. I did some research (Amazon included) and Boomerang had the best guarantee, pricing and reviews. When we got this tag, we also got her rabies tag, and put them on her new collar at the same time. She chews on both tags at least once a day. The rabies tag is already losing color and writing legibility around the edges, but the Boomerang name tag is as good as new. I love showing it off to people, especially since we were able to fit so much information on both sides! Caveat: Our dog has a four-letter name (Mara), but we also included her DOB, both our names and two sets of phone #s on the front.
