It's a shame I can't order from them anymore.
Great quality and easy to order. I've been ordering them for nearly 20 years, so why the one star? Because they don't ship overseas anymore. It's just a first-class mail, why ever not? Revised: I received a response right away from the merchant regarding why they no longer ship overseas and was provided with useful information on another vendor who ships their products. I'm not deleting this review so that others who are in the same predicament as I am can see, but I also want to say that this business is responsive and trustworthy.

Preface to what follows: The good news is I have a retailer who does / is will to mail our tags to international addresses. Visit https://www.PetExpectations.com We no long mail to address outside the U.S. for two reasons. (1) We pay the postage, and postage to addresses outside the U.S. is now more than what we charge for the tags we make. (2) And this is the "straw that broke the camel's back" We are REQUIRED to fill out a customs form just to mail a pet id tag [silly]. This is a time consuming process and we don't have the time to go through the process for each pet id tag we mail. When I started making pet id tags postage to international addresses was little more (no more to Canada) than it was to mail a tag to an address in the U.S. – and no customs forms were required. As an aside, it use to take about as long to receive a tag mailed to an address in Canada as took to a U.S. Address, but these days mail to Canadian Customers takes as much as a month to be delivered, this because the piece has to go through their customs. Another example of Governments improving things for the citizens of planet earth...
