The tag does not work with our collar
The tag does not work with our collar. There's no disclaimer that specifies what type of collar to use (at least not that I saw). Now I have a tag that I can't use until I buy a new collar.

Slow delivery sucks
Right now, it’s two weeks since I placed the order and still no tag showing up in the mail. They finished the order on Sept 27 and today is Oct 7. Not happy with their delivery method.

Hello Edward: Your order was mailed to the requested address 10 business days ago today via USPS First Class Mail and has not been returned to us. It is our policy to refill any order that fails to arrive within 12 business days free of charge, the need for this is rare. I have arranged for the order to be refilled free of charge in our next run. If the first send ever does arrive both tags will be yours to keep. See the email I sent you on this. Regards, Don

Good Day Mr. DeMarco: Sometimes one of our machines gets out of adjustment and thus a tag is not come out as it should, we try to catch these before they are mailed... Our Guarantee is that if you are not completely satisfied with the tag you receive from us we will make it over free of charge, or refund your purchase price—which option we provide is up to you. Please send an email to [email protected] and advise what tag needs to be remade and I will take care of it.
