Quick service, decent quality
We were very happy to find boomerang to get new tags quickly. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the collar to hold the slide on tag. It rolls at the end and there is nothing to tuck the end under to lay flat. It does the job -- just would have liked it a bit thicker and not so flimsy.

metal collar name tag
The metal name tag slides rather easily on Nylon or Plastic hunting style dog collars It could slide off unnoticed when removing the dog collar

The double-thick CollarTag design, i.e., the CollarTags that are designed to slide on to thick leather or double-thick nylon collars, can slide around on the collar if it is not very thick. Since these collars are made in various thicknesses, and we had to make the opening generous enough to slide onto very thick collars, this issue could not be avoided. Of course the tag will not come off the collar unless it is unbuckled... You might try pushing the bar that goes behind the collar in a little to pinch it.

Good service, decent tag
I had a good experience with the website and speed of delivery. Unfortunately, I'm not over the moon about the tag itself. It's silver, and the engraving is hard to read...shiny silver on shiny silver. The info is there, though, which is the most important thing, I suppose.

Good Day Laura! We use stainless steel to make the tags we produce because the metal holds up well over time – and stainless steel only comes in one color which is silver. Aluminum tags come in many colors, but the color coating is micro thin and wears off in a matter of months, leaving a dull grey colored tag, the lettering on the tag wears off a few months after that leaving you with a tag that has no readable text on it, i.e., the metal is just too soft for the purpose of pet id tags. The text on the stainless tag you received is deeply engraved and will remain legible for years. If your beloved pet goes missing you can rest assured its finder will be able to contact you. Plain-But great quality! Would buy again.
I only wish that the tags had the option to show off our favorite NFL team or something else, but the quality is really nice. They came quickly. Easy to read words. If I had to get more I would buy again.

Great big tag on vollar
I'm happy w engraved dog tag which fits collar. Concerns about how long do engraved words last. I had few which I had hard time to read after several years.

We guarantee the text on our CollarTags to remain legible for the life of the pet they are purchased for. This is not a cosmetic guarantee but rather functional guarantee—meaning the finder of a lost pet with one of our CollarTags on its collar will be able to read the text on the tag and contact its family. While the text on these tags can become obscured due to fine surface scratches it can be brought back to life simply by sanding the tag surface with fine sand paper. You cannot sand the text off these tags, it is engraved into the surgical grade stainless steel we use to produce them using a diamond. If one of our CollarTags ever did become truly unreadable we will replace if free of charge. To date I have yet to see a CollarTag one of our customers purchased from us on which I could not read every letter of the original engraved text.

Solid tag, should last a long time.
The only issue was making sure any other dog tag does not smack into the tag on the collar. It was a little difficult to put on, but it is solid, isn't going to come off, and shows the info I need in case my dog gets loose in the neighborhood. The tag does not appear to be able to rub off like the other tags that hang on the collar. Highly recommend!

Great idea
I love this product as my dog chews everything that she can reach especially dangly dog tags. The one complaint I have is the spacing on the dog tag is a little strange and makes some of the letters/ numbers hard to read. It may be because I had to order the small tag. I would 10/10 recommend this prosuct though
