ok Boomerangut your experience

I love the quality of the tags and I've ordered several times in the past, new tags, new home, new pets etc. Not giving full 5 stars this round as I had to pay to get my package as the shipping was miscalculated. I had to pay extra and had to go to the post office to pick it up. Not sure if this is an error on the company on how they labeled it for shipping in an envelope as the post office deemed it a parcel and maybe that changes the shipping.. just know to look out for possibly having to pay extra, otherwise I love the products, they do last forever. In regards to your response after my review, first off what you wrote does not make sense and it seems that you are blaming the post office and does not seem as if you care about the customer or coming up with a solution. I rarely do reviews but I'm sure most people that go through this say is just a few dollars and I'm not going to worry about it. What upsets me is in paying for a product to be delivered to me with shipping included to be delivered to my home, I had to take time off work to get to the post office during their hours to pick up new tags for my dogs. Time out of my day the travel time and fuel and on top of that pay the difference on postage and all you have to say is I will send you something in the mail to give to the post office on how to ship or how you paid to have it shipped. 1 why do I want to take time off to go the post office again and 2 why aren't you interested in compensating the customer who is a returning customer for several orders over the years. Doesn't sound good to me and what would it hurt you to reimburse the $3.58 I had to pay to pick up my order, but again not offered for the mistake, this does sound like this happens more often then customers bring to your attention as your quick to send me the rules on postage for my post office.. sad to say I won't be back over something little like this.

Have used Boomerang in past and tags always came quickly within 2 to 3 days. This time, it took 12 days and 46 cents postage due.

well the product price is affordabe and accesseblity and dilivery service better

The ordering was simple, the delivery was as expected. The size of the collar was too small even though I measured it to be a little bit large. The pet ID tag was perfect and it fits the collar well. The information on the tag is easy to read.
