Never received tag
Never received tag! Was hesitant to order from you in the fist place since you ship USPS.

The tag for JACK was mailed to the requested address [on Hermitage Drive] on the 01/14 via USPS First Class Mail, the same service one trusts their bill payments by mail to. It is our policy to refill any order that fails to arrive within 12 business days free of charge, a free remake will mail to you on Monday and if the send of the 14th ever does arrive both tags will be yours to keep. We have used USPS First Class Mail to deliver our tags since 1971, the service is not what it use to be... BUT: Any alternate service would require us to ad at least $3.50 to the cost of ever tag we send, it is much more cost effective to have to replace the rare order that fails to arrive free of charge. Be on the lookout for a #10 envelope with a graphic of a dog and cat sitting on a boomerang printed on the face of it, if should be in your mail box the latter half of this coming week.

They don’t care if you get your order!
EDIT: to this owner reply: if you go to the website you go to the collar a tag I picked and it show 5 different color options!! Do not tell me you can’t find it if I can! I placed my order on Dec 1. It was a Sunday. So on Monday morning I got an email saying my order would be shipped that day. And so I didn’t look for another email because it said it would be shipped. After a week I went to find the email so I could ask how long it takes. Apparently I got an email about an hour after it said it would be shipped saying they had an issue… so I answered them. And then they email me after I answered saying they don’t have the color collar anymore!!! Why is it on the website if you do not have it??? And they said they don’t carry it anymore not that they were out of it! So I had to pick another color. They said my order would be shipped Dec 9… and said it would take 2-3 business days. It is now Dec 14… 2 weeks after my initial order and I still do not have the collar and tag!!! And the fact they had an issue and when I didn’t answer they didn’t even try and call me or email me again! They obviously do not care if I had got my order or not!!! I have been ordering from this place for 15 years and I have never ever had this issue!

I searched my data base for your order but all I have to go on is your name and I don't find any tag mailing to a customer with the name NADINE SIMSAR. I had a terrible experience I bought 10 Round Tag, and I got a bag with 10 tags with very low quality, I would like to get a refund but after I contact Boomerang they didn't even care.. : \

The ID Tag for BELLA mailed to the requested address on the 18th / 10 business days ago today. It is our policy to refill any order that fails to arrive within 12 business days free of charge.
