Nice quality

Tag is EXCELLENT- we have used them for every dog for over 20 years. They are sturdy and easy to read and great looking. The only issue I had is that the wording I have had on the back of the tag is longer than what the order form allows. I know they can do it the way I want because they did it on the first tags some 20 years ago. Since changing to their new on line order form I have to go to a lot of trouble to get the wording as needed. There is no phone number to contact and the email is not uncomplicated and I am not that computer savvy. Other than the order process I would not want to buy any other tags.

the size they recommended for my dog collar did not fit on the collar. The inscription was all well done, just the size did not work for my collar.

I made the mistake and ordered wrong style for my collar . Modified it myself and made it work . Pay close attention to what you order . Other than that company sent what I ordered in a timely manner , No complaints.

The tags themselves are awesome, well priced, nice turn-around time. However, the ring and s-hooks that are sold to attach the tags to the collar are not strong enough. The s-hook lasted a few months before it got pulled open and the tag disappeared. The ring only lasted a few days before it pulled apart. Both times we lost the tag as a result. We are now trying a collar with a tag that is riveted directly into the collar. Hopefully that will last longer.

The tags are quite secure - I've not seen any evidence that would lead me to believe they will come loose from the collar and fall off. Also, very durable and sturdy. The only knock I have on these tags is that since it is carved into a shiny metal object, at times I can find it difficult to read....I have to hold it under the light just right to fully read the phone numbers. My wife does not have this issue, so maybe it is user error on my part.

We've ordered our pet tags from Boomerang for several years now. We especially like the fact that they can engrave so much information on a tag by using both sides. We've ordered both metal and plastic tags and like them both, but probably prefer the plastic ones. The shape and color selection is good and delivery time is fast. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing good quality pet tags.
