Bad experience, poor quality website, URL to video does not work, support chat is never attended, email for support are ignored, complete waste of money. Pointless requesting a refund even though I have not been able to use the software as no one will answer. Scam artists Now recieving unsolicited junk mail offers from dubious sources claiming my account application for goodness knows what, has been accepted, then, upgraded. Possitive reviews here and elsewhere are clearly untrue.

There is no option to cancel from the app or website, then they charge you for not cancelling. There is no contact number, only email and they are ignoring my request. Money was taken from my account and it does not allow me to remove my card or delete or deactivate my account
