Formatting, cover consultation, distribution setup , every step was handled and explained clearly, even for a first-time author like me.

What truly sets Lisa Rachel Williams apart is her incredible attention to detail and proactive approach. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently, keeping me informed every step of the way. It is rare to find someone so dedicated, trustworthy, and skilled at what she does. If you are looking for someone reliable to help you handle your business needs. Look no further than Lisa Rachel Williams -- I will absolutely be working with her again in the near future!

Amanda was a very attentive and responsive editor. She was very easy to worked with and kind. She answered my phone calls and emails promptly. I was happy to work with her on my book which is so special to me.

I recently published my book Hyphenate with them. They were very helpful and professional. They were with me throughout the whole process, which made the whole publishing experience very pleasant.

This was my first time using a hybrid publisher and I was skeptical to say the least. Rachel was absolutely awesome through the entire project and made sure someone was in contact with me even while she was in vacation. She reached out to me everyday whether there were questions about my manuscript or not and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest them to anyone else!

I used Book Writers Hub for marketing, website development, and wider-release support for my books. The project was not perfect at the beginning. It took a little time to find its pace, and there were moments when I wanted to see things move faster. But once the work began to gain momentum, the difference became clear. The project became more organised, communication improved, and I began to see real, steady progress. The person who made the greatest difference was Kevin Kare. Kevin was the assigned manager for my projects, and he handled the role with exceptional professionalism. He was calm, polite, patient, respectful, and consistently reliable. He kept me informed at every stage, followed up properly, answered questions with care, and made sure I always understood what was happening next. What impressed me most was not only his efficiency, but his attitude. Kevin treated the work with seriousness. He understood that, for an author, a book release is not just another task on a company schedule. It is personal. It carries years of work, hope, and pressure. He never made me feel like a file number or just another client passing through a system. He treated the project and me with genuine respect. That kind of professionalism matters. Kevin Kare is a true credit to Book Writers Hub. He is the kind of employee who strengthens a company’s reputation through his daily behaviour. Reliable, courteous, diligent, and committed, he represents the standard every company should want from its people. I will say this plainly: if I had to choose one employee for my own company, it would be Mr Kare. He brought confidence, order, and trust to the process. Book Writers Hub is fortunate to have him, and my positive review is largely because of the care, professionalism, and excellent service I received from Kevin Kare.

Our books we had published were about 2 months later than promised. The books are also printed incorrectly, pictures and words reversed. They offered to fix the problem if we could prove they were at fault. They are the publisher, who else would be at fault. Do not use, you can get Amazon or B&N to print a better book.

Book Writers Hub truly brought my vision to life. Their ghostwriting service skillfully translated my ideas into a compelling narrative. The publishing process was seamless, and the book cover design is nothing short of stunning. Their meticulous editing and author web design have elevated my book's presence beyond my expectations .
