Not once have I had any reason to not…
Not once have I had any reason to not be pleased with the service or quality. I've not had a need to request a refund yet so I cannot comment on their returns department but any other customer service agents I've corresponded with have been excellent. Quick to answer questions and help you in any way they can.

Best writers there almost never take…
Best writers there almost never take 3-hour orders unless it’s less than 3 pages at least that was what I was told by their customer support. I have been using them for a year now and I always had great writers except this time that I got a B. I guess I’ll just have to be careful about my deadlines and not post last-minute orders
