Live help when working creating my site. It was late in the evening and I got stuck a few times. But the help person (Ash) "took a look" several times and gave me direction- simple and easy with no wait time.

I published my first book on Book.by (Now Book Space) in April of 2026. Their Help system has been my guide through the many technical formatting questions that come up in the publishing process. The Books.By chat is easy to use and, while sometimes you know you are getting a response from the already written FAQs, just as often I got a quick responses from Ash, the owner, who would address my question with the exact specifications I needed. I am grateful for the guidance!

The book was even better than I had imagined! The colors were nice and bright which really matters with children's books. The pages were very durable. The print was beautiful with no smudges. I will order from here again! The process was very easy. This was my first book so formatting correctly was new to me. You made the process simple and answered all of my questions promptly.
