I ordered 3 books on September10,2025...I got an email telling me my books are on the way .I still have no books ..I have repeatedly contacted them and get no replies or response from them..

This seller took my money, did not send a product, when I queried he said he would send immediately, did not send them after I requested a refund via PayPal, he sent the following rude email- Dear helen, Your order ST7-8855 is ready for shipment, but a dispute has been opened which prevents us from completing the delivery. Here is the shipping address we currently have on file for your order: helen bowley Queens Road Loughborough LEICESTERSHIRE LE11 1HD Closing the dispute now will allow us to prioritize your order and ensure it is shipped within 1–2 days. Once the dispute is closed, we will immediately provide you with the tracking number. IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Should the dispute not be closed within 24 hours, we will formally respond to PayPal and initiate all legal actions necessary to protect our business interests. To this end, we have already involved our legal representative, Attorney Mr. Thomas J. Whitaker, Esq., who is copied on this email and ready to proceed. Your current conduct, namely blocking the delivery of a product already purchased and attempting to reverse the payment after receiving the digital content, constitutes an illegitimate use of PayPal’s dispute system, and may be prosecuted for fraud, contractual breach, and reputational damage to our business. In such a case, you will lose your payment, never receive your physical copy, and may be subject to a claim for compensation as well as legal costs. Physical copies never arrived. Advert said buy one get two free but got charged for the three. Email requests for refund of excess charge and delivery of physical books ignored.

Crooks from start to finish! They steal other author's work and then deceive the public with deceptive advertising. They send pirated digital copies and never send the hard copies which is what was purchased. Finally when claim are filed, they threaten legal action. BUYER BEWARE!!!. THEY ARE CROOKS!

I ordered a cookbook that had 2 additional books as a thank you. The advert shows a lady flicking through a glorious colour cookbook, exactly what I wanted. I saw this on Facebook. I paid. I received an email thanking me for registering an account, which I actually didn't and a 2nd email advising goods will be despatched. Some days later I still had no books so emailed. All I get is a link to download one of these so-called books and a reply that is automatic, no human interaction. I think I have been ripped off. I feel angry. Do not entertain this joker, whoever or wherever he is. Keep your money and go to a real bookshop.

Same ordered what I thought was three books relating to Eithopian bible on Facebook, but received digital download, was no mention of this, no be threatened by Daniel Begum as I have raised PayPal case.🎑

Should have read the reviews before I ordered. Same story here, crappy ebook downloads that are next to useless, and copy and paste response to emails. Then came a laughable threat to sue if I didn't withdraw my PayPal dispute. Stay clear of this thief and scammed, Daniel Begum!

Do not order from booklibraryworld. I ordered a set of Route 66 guide books. Never received a notification. Followed up and finally received an email with a link and no books. I can live with the online version but the link was to a diabetid cookbook not Route 66 books. Numerous emails to booklibraryworld received the same "I can fix this" and same incorrect link. PayPal payment goes through GG International. PayPal has no record of transaction but card charge reads PayPal GG International. PayPal no help and card company very helpful disputing the charge and removing. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOKSLIBRARYWORLD.COM
