SCAM SCAMMY SCAM! Do not by any means use this company. It is the same story for everyone involved and I am not sure how they can get away with this. This is ran by multiple people who do minimal work and stall for months on months end by using free services and charging you thousands for it. You will always have a "new" project manager. You will always have a "problem" with the narrators for your book. They are absolutely awful. You will lose all your money, potentially your work, and be left broken.

One of the services I paid for was proofreading. But they would actually introduce new errors with each iteration. I don't know how they did this, but I ended up having to completely read the manuscript every single time I think we went through about five iterations until I finally just gave up. Also when they uploaded on to Amazon Kindle somehow they uploaded it as if it was two different instances of books( there would be an ebook, a paperback, and a hard cover with two or three updates). I think this is why I ended up getting into Kindle content review hell, like being accused of having published something that was published elsewhere when elsewhere was actually my own Kindle bookshelf. This nightmare never really ended and I could never get Amazon to combine or delete The Unwanted instance. I paid for a copyright but I noticed that it didn't look right in the title page. Then I went and searched on copyright.gov and there was no copyright. I actually found the copyright for my mother's Master's thesis from 1982 but I couldn't find the copyright for this book. Also I paid quite a bit of money for a service that is some kind of AI crawler to protect intellectual property. Subsequently I talked to some other book publishers and they said they've never heard of such a thing and that probably that was just a scam. They are not that responsive and they're definitely not professional I would avoid them I wish that I had not used them. I could say a lot more but I'm just out of patience. I agree with some of the others that the reviews you see here that are positive for them are probably fake

All reviews for this company are fake, ask them where else can you find reviews on the company and there isnt any, they pay to have only good reviews. I paid them and nothing was done when I asked for another representative , I spoke to her once and when I called again they said she left the company as well as when I asked for the gentleman I signed up with , Brian , David , Simon all fake people. ITS A SCAM STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY. THEY GOT ME
