They did not listen to my request
They did not listen to my request; I have books already printed and just wanted to get them on Amazon to sell. They said they told me it would not work, but I do not remember that. They were able to unlock my account with Amazon, but for $299, it was pricy. Now that I am able to get back in my account, I have closed it up. To use Amazon, you do need a professional service. When I talked to the company initially, I told them I had a box of books from 17 years ago that I wanted to have Amazon sell, I stated that a number of times and wrote an email to that effect. I also said I was off the site due to inactivity. I was connected to Shawn Mylar who did a good job of getting my account up and running. However, he was unaware that I wanted to sell a box of books only, not to have them electronically downloaded and sold to multiple platforms, as is the usual work activity. There was miscommunication between people at the company. I do not have a problem with paying the $299, I was able to have my Amazon account closed. I needed them to get me back on line.
