I started working with this company almost two years ago and am still experiencing headaches from it. Their editing service felt like they hadn’t really read the manuscript and had strange comments that made me need to explain what I considered to be normal plot points. However my largest headache was their marketing. They pushed very heavily to make me purchase their marketing service and it has not delivered at all. I haven’t been given access to all the social media accounts they made because for some reason they made two accounts per platform. Then when they gave me the credentials they only gave me the accounts which had no posts or followers. When I asked for the accounts with engagement they gave me the one I already had and after explaining again they still struggled to provide me with the account. They began ignoring my messages so I still have no access to these accounts and will have to restart everything despite the amount I paid. I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated and wish I could get a refund but I know they will just ignore my messages if I tried.

This has to be the worse Book Publishing Company in the world, it is totally useless. I was promised that my first book would be published within 28 days, we are now 3 months down the road, and finally it is on Amazon. I was also promised that they would do everything, what a load of old rubbish that is, I had to set up my own Amazon account, then, I had to set up an an Account with Igram Distrubtion, another buch of cowboys who are also totally uselss. My advice, stay well clear and use a proper book publishing company, don't waste your time or effort with these bunch of cowboys.

Complete cowboys not a scam but if you have money they want it. Poor proof-readers and very little imput.

This company was formerly Amazon Publishing Plus. As a new writer, it has been a terrible experience using these, as "The Experts" I have found myself constantly having to chase and poke to get a response. The proofreading and editing constantly get bad comments from readers. Although they ask for my input, very little is taken on board. At every turn they seem to want more and more money out of you that is not mentioned at the start of the process.

I am disappointed with every edit, especially the final edit. After spending 2 hours on chapter 1, fixing your company's many mistakes, I am giving up. Either relook at my manuscript or refund my money tomorrow. Please include the name and phone number of your direct supervisor. For example, in Chapter 1, Labels that accompany the photos are in the middle of the script. You have wasted months of my time by not returning my phone calls or properly editing my manuscript. Hopefully, you can correct all the mistakes Lisa Clinton, your fired Project Manager, at Book Publishing Company, made after someone looks at and reviews the manuscript. You need a quality control department review before sending back the manuscript.
