I am currently working on a project with them. They were accommodating and helpful. And the editor loved my work However I submitted 10 chapters. Recently and paid what I could as promised. I realize that they are busy However no response email or anything Since. Except for a brief apology and wanted to discuss the book. That was a month ago. From today I'm not saying anything bad. It is just that I would like clarification. On whether I am still working with the person I have been contacting or someone new? Or another payment arrangement? No answers so I don't know who do I submit to. Now I am hoping to find out soon. So I can continue my project and move forward. And hope that they like it as much as Mr. Cross. did the reason I picked them was that they had a flexible payment arrangement. And they were accommodating and personable. However I am currently now at an impasse that I hope can be figured out soon? And that the results are beneficial. In the end fingers crossed. In truth at this point I am not sure if I am going to get a book at all? I am hoping That I am wrong 🙏

Being a full time teacher I dont have enough time to sit down and write the text book I wanted to write for such a long time. Their consultants Andy was quite keen on helping me finish off my book. Excellent service and professionalism. I approve!
