I don’t recommend this company.
After paying the up front fee they provided nothing that I could not have done for myself. They use AI for most communication and illustrations. I did have several personal conversations with my assigned rep however I had difficulty understanding him and we had several misunderstandings. I have an advanced degree in communication and 40 years experience working in that field so I feel the miscommunication was not on my end. He was very pleasant but the communication was lacking. I almost agreed to an extra 1,000 without realizing it. It was for a copyright which I could do myself for 189.00. After numerous conversations which were difficult to understand I requested communication be in writing to eliminate those misunderstandings. There was quite a bit of pushback regarding communication to be in writing that I finally requested to discontinue the process and a refund. They are no longer communicating with me. I don’t usually give negative reviews. I hope it helps one person make a better decision than I did. If I do get a refund I’ll update this review but since they have not responded to my request I doubt I will hear any more from them.
