Edited to add: The company finally did respond to my PayPal complaint, refunded my charges, and shipped the item to me free of charge. I'm changing my rating to three stars (not five because of all the effort it took for me to get a satisfactory resolution.) I've had a very bad experience with booknookworld. First, they promised to ship with USPS, but instead they shipped with a company I've never heard of; my order was never delivered; and now I cannot get them to reply to my phone or email messages. I've had to file a case with PayPal to dispute the charges to my account. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
