AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS — 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH. This company and its employees lie, mislead and manipulate clients to get them to book hospital appointments, because that is how they make money. I was repeatedly told they had been in direct contact with my future treating doctor and had discussed my case. This was completely false. The doctor personally confirmed that they had never had any contact with this company whatsoever. When I raised my complaint, they repeatedly promised to formally address and investigate it. I relied on those promises, only to discover that they were misleading me and lied to me yet again. Despite multiple emails asking them to deal with my complaint, they simply refuse to do so. These are only two examples of a much bigger pattern of deception and manipulation. In fact, virtually everything this company told me turned out to be false or misleading. Do not trust them. Do not give them your money. Stay as far away from this company as possible.
