They were able to get the ticket for my own business online and I have been working on it now for a few months, but had to do it in advance. This company ASAP does that I scheduled at the last 24 hours and I was able to do that.

Bad and worse experience After more than one week waiting my booking is not rescheduled or refunded as mentioned in protection. Never try again with ASAP tickets.

Asap ticket not only put a wrong name they even want me to pay $80 for a correction name that is not even my fault. They won't change the name unless I paid $80 and not only that I have to purchase Travel care again every time there is a change on my ticket so I don't have to pay ASAP TICKET but of course, you will pay an additional penalty from the airlines on top of the TCS you purchased. They don't take note of your complaints. I probably spoke to 20plus agents just to fix the name and guess what no actions and they will tell you they will do an investigation, and wait for the escalation team. They don't have a supervisor, they won't call the airlines because they want you to pay more. I demand nothing less but a whole refund of my transactions. I will take a legal actions. Never book ASAP ticket... PLEASE SEARCH THE ASAPTICKETSCAM PAGE AND YOU WILL SEE HOW MANY PASSENGERS THEY SCAMMED. PLEASE SPREAD THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO NO MORE VICTIMS.
