Update: It took them 9 months to respond to this review. Sort of proves my point: original review: The book cover itself is great. However, the customer service is awful. I have been waiting for a modification for a back cover for weeks, and for some reason, they refuse to answer my emails. I cannot publish until I receive the cover.....
