BookboltReviews of bookbolt.io

I use Book Bolt to create everything from blank and lined journals to coloring, puzzle, and activity books—and it’s become an essential part of my self-publishing process. With built-in design features, easy cover creation, and interior templates, I can move from idea to finished product with ease. What really sets Book Bolt apart is the outstanding support and education. The tutorials are genuinely helpful, and their team is responsive, kind, and encouraging. Whether you're new to publishing or scaling your business, Book Bolt offers the tools and guidance to help you succeed. If you think it’s “just” for low-content books, take another look. Book Bolt is powerful, versatile, and absolutely worth the investment.

Everything that I have published on KDP was created by BB. I have been using it since March 2025. I find the app very useful and is highly recommended, as well as the tutorials.

Love bookbolt, it has really taught me how to create and sell my own books!!

I find this platform very useful for creating kdp books. Bookbolt has figured out all the rules and formatting and all I have to do is provide the content.

I am less than a year into my book publishing adventure. I feel lucky that I found Book Bolt in the beginning! It it so easy to create book covers and activity/puzzle books! I have even started creating my children's story books using this platform. The only downside is that I can't figure how to format for e-books using BB. However, since my mission is to get kids away from screens and to put physical books back into the hands of children, I'm not overly concerned about not being able to download e-books straight to Kindle Create. I love Book Bolt!

I love the ease of creating a book page by page, with the open book layout. I will be creating my first story book soon. My favorite thing is creating covers with bookbolt, it’s easy.

I've been using Book Bolt for several years now and it's absolutely invaluable to me. As an 'ADHDer' I get distracted easily by bright, shiny, things and every time I've 'cheated' on Book Bolt I've taken no time to come back again. I don't use any other platform to layout my book covers and they're always the perfect size. There are lots of tutorials and training calls to get the most out of BB too. Definitely a 5* experience.

I have loved being able to create low and medium content books to sell. I love all the additional tools as well like keyword search and category search plus the weekly training is invaluable. I’ve created over 15 books so far.
