BIG BIG BIG SCAM they say free three days trial even that i cancelled the morning of third day they charged me NO ANSWER FROM THE SUPP all this and there are free sites better than this

I make early reader picture books for children and need to have them the right format size and bookbolt does it. It's not automatic, you have to do some legwork. Their research tools help to find niches as well.

While signing up they said 3 days trial but exactly on 3rd day they did direct debit and though requested few time have not refunded. Misguiding customers about the trial period.

Extremely bad company. They keep taking your money even after closing your account.

I have been a paying Book Bolt Pro subscriber for a long time, but over the past few months the platform has become increasingly unreliable. Unfortunately, almost every update seems to introduce new problems instead of fixing existing ones. Here are the issues I have experienced: Book Bolt Studio frequently becomes unresponsive. Projects or individual pages randomly fail to open, showing messages like "Something went wrong, try again later." The Studio often loads but then completely stops responding to clicks. Authentication errors such as "The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials." Connection errors saying "Cannot connect to the members website, try again later." After the recent billing migration, I started receiving "We are still processing your payment, please wait." even though my subscription is active and my payment has already been processed. Safari is no longer supported properly. After recent updates, I cannot work reliably in Safari anymore, despite it being one of the world's most widely used browsers. PDF export is unreliable. The PDF generated by Book Bolt contains rendering errors that are not visible inside the editor. Everything looks correct in Book Bolt, but once exported, unwanted lines and graphic artefacts appear in the final interior, making it unsuitable for publishing on Amazon. Problems appear after updates that were not there before. AI credits have disappeared in the past without explanation. Random glitches occur almost every week, making it difficult to complete projects. The biggest disappointment is the customer support. I have reported multiple bugs and technical issues over the past weeks and I still have not received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement that my reports have been received. My internet connection is stable. Google, and every other website work perfectly while Book Bolt reports connection, authentication and server errors. I rely on Book Bolt for my publishing business, but instead of helping me work faster, it has recently become a source of constant delays and frustration. The software has great potential, but it feels like new features are released without sufficient testing. Paying customers should not be expected to discover critical bugs after every update. Until the software becomes stable and customer support starts responding to reported issues, I cannot recommend Book Bolt for professional use.

Great research keyword tool and studio but its pretty much clearly vibe coded and buggy. The subscription system is dumb - your locked for a trail where you cant use the pro features and also the templates provided are very limited.

SCAM ALERT. Book Bolt is a SCAM. They charged me $9.99/month for exactly 24 months, totaling $239.76 for a service I NEVER used. It started as a free trial on a secondary bank account I don't monitor regularly, & silently converted to a paid subscription, and they just kept taking my money. When I asked for a goodwill refund due to zero usage, they refused. Twice. This is predatory and unethical. They deliberately design their free trial model knowing people may forget to cancel. DO NOT sign up. I even read another person's review on this platform saying they did cancel before the trial was up and Book Bolt continued to charge them anyway. You may never get your money back if you sign up for a free trial, whether you remember to cancel or not. Consider yourself warned.
