Their software is adequate, there are much better and more principled companies out there, some of the software is rudimentary and it is not suitable for kindle books.
They use affiliates to push their software, which is how I got suckered in. I stopped using them over 7 months ago, and just found out they had taken a yearly subscription out of my account just over a week ago. They sent no renewal notification email or invoice, I found out from my bank statement. When I approached them they refused to refund me saying I didn't contact them within 3 days of it being taken!

Bookbolt is a big scam organisation
Bookbolt is a big scam organisation, I'm surprised seeing good reviews about them here, maybe they paid people to give them good reviews here. I am their affiliate marketer, as my account balance is due for withdrawal of my funds, they changed my account and created a new account for me, my funds was not inside anymore and I'm not the only one complaining about this. I contacted their customer support but they still went ahead to create another new account for me with different username and my funds was not still there too. This scam must come to an end.

Why do you guys quickly registered another account for me without telling me what i did wrong? Now you can't even state even one single thing i did wrong because it's obvious that you scammed me after suffering promoting your platform. I know you suspended me because my balance is due for withdrawal and you want to go with it.... You will never go free, I promise

According to our internal records, you do not have an active customer account but a Book Bolt affiliate account that was suspended in 2023 for breaking the affiliate terms of service that was agreed on. Affiliate marketers who break the TOS are no longer allowed to promote Book Bolt.

Bookbolt is a scam - will not refund subscription
Bookbolt is a scam. I cancelled my account before the trail ran out and I was still charged for subscriptions. Stay away!
Bookbolt are now saying I have 2 accounts. One was cancelled during the trail period but another one was apparently active. How can I have an active account with an e-mail that doesn't belong to me. Surely I would have to vet the e-mail address before an account is opened. I've asked several times for the IP tags, but they wouldn't supply it.
They are not budging and would not refund my subscriptions.
I'm sure other have had great service, but I would not trust this business and wouldn't sign up for their services again,

When a Book Bolt account is canceled during the trial period, it cancels immediately so it is not possible that the account was charged if canceled during the trial period.

After promoting bookbolt affiliate link, they block me after i reach the limit to withdraw. I have more that $509 and i have no access anymore. I contacted them and what they did was to created another affiliate account with my previous details and my account now is $0. This is a scam

Bad Bad Bad! I have been trying to download a word search book for 10 hours now and the pages are just on the side spinning. And when I try and download it's processing 2 page an hour. I just stopped to see if there was anything I could do. There is nothing!

Your process is purely predatory. You push only the free trial without clearly referencing the terms of service, and on top of that, you directly charge the Pro version at $19.90 instead of the standard $9.99. This is a blatant scam, and your Trustpilot score speaks for itself. Hard to deny the truth.
Companies like yours deserve to be exposed, and I will make sure to share my experience in every KDP social media group. Shady practices have limits, and I’ll do everything I can to make sure as many people as possible are warned.

I canceled my free trial, yet they still charged me $19.99 for the Pro plan instead of the Basic, without my consent. Their service was glitchy and frustrating, so I had no intention of continuing after the trial. When I contacted support, a rude agent flat-out refused to refund me, despite my clear explanation. Book Bolt is a scam. Thieves, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. Stay far away!

Your statement regarding cancelling the subscription is NOT TRUE.
You have replied with an automatic response saying indeed to cancel the subscription, to not get billed AGAIN.
You haven't addressed in any way the fact that you have sneakily started to bill for the HIGHEST plan without notice.
