Paying for Premium but locked out of my account — no support
I have an active Premium subscription with BookBeam, but I have been completely unable to access my account for several days. I was unexpectedly logged out, and every time I try to sign in, the system requires email verification. The problem is that the verification email never arrives, even after repeatedly requesting a new link. I have contacted BookBeam's support team multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved, and I have received no meaningful assistance. I have now sent a formal escalation to management. This is extremely frustrating. I am paying for a Premium service that I cannot use, and there appears to be no effective way to get technical assistance. I am requesting two simple things: Immediate restoration of access to my account. A subscription extension or proportional refund for the days during which the service has been inaccessible. I would be happy to update this review once the issue is properly resolved. Until then, my experience with BookBeam's customer support has been extremely disappointing.

Hi Sergio, We’re sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced while trying to access your account. Our team investigated and found that your email server was not accepting our messages, including the verification emails required to sign in. We also replied to your previous support requests, but those replies were returned as undeliverable. This explains why you did not receive either the verification links or our responses. We’ve made an adjustment to help you regain access using your existing password. Although this delivery issue was outside our control, we’ve also applied a complimentary extension to your subscription as a gesture of goodwill. Please try signing in again. If you need further assistance, contact [email protected] from another email account so our replies can reach you. We also recommend contacting your email provider to resolve the delivery issue and ensure you receive future account emails. Best, The BookBeam Team
