While it initially took customer service a little time to get back to me, they were responsive and helpful when I asked about shipping for the outfit I ordered. I was never sent a tracking number but received my item in the timeframe they told me (about a week after it shipped out, so relatively fast). I had never shopped from them before but would feel comfortable and confident ordering from them again.

Great quality accessories and clothes, I loved it. The only feedback I have is to have a bit more attention to details for stitching at the ends of the belt. Otherwise, I love the look and the fabric, would buy from again
