I would not use this company. They state on their website that they will accept returns, but they refuse to accept a return on a dress that I ordered. The dress was thin and made from cheap material. Avoid his company!!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Their policy states they will issue returns if there are issues with the quality of the items. When I attempted the return they offered $24 on a $180 order. I pushed and they ended up offering $98, but that was the best I could do. One star is too many. This is not a trustworthy company.

If I could give a negative score I would. They claim they are made in South Carolina USA but they are in fact coming out of Dubai. They say "Easy Returns" on the website but there are no returns. The company offers you very small refund for you to keep the dress to donate it. If you did get the authorization to return dress the cost to ship to Dubai is on you which is way too expensive. I have seen this same dress under the following companies which I would have to guess are all from Dubai and would stay away from: Valenio.myshopify, Duefe_fashion, Reyhy_Shop, Refyz_Style, Vyile_myshopify, Varyle_offical, nnesi_fashion, Kycoe_Fashion, Kycoe_Fashion, Elwya_Shopping, Dyave_Official, Tamym_Style, Pappy_Shop.

Horrible company based in China with fake adds saying they're in North Carolina. This company sent me dresses that did not fit and were poorly made. When I wanted a return they offered me 60$ for my 120$ in returns. Do not purchase from this site.

Their site said made in Carolina but the package said made in China. Very poor quality and fit. Unable to speak with anyone for refund. Their email said they will refund me $6 for a $90 dollar purchase.

Don’t order from BONYLI! If you have ANY issue at all (including being charged for an item that did not show up OR that the dress fits everywhere except the bust); they will NOT refund your money and try to negotiate with you for a substantially less amount - I should be refunded $139 and the offered various amounts, around $24. This is a shame because before this instance, I have six items I really loved from them!
