Hi Eric, Hope you are well and safe, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and login information with us! Upon reviewing your account and playthrough, we found that you made gameplay violations while playing with the deposit bonus BOUNTY500 on your deposit of $40.22 on May 28th. After meeting the wagering requirements, you played the Crash games ($277 total bets on Crash Games), which were not allowed under the bonus rules. The rules for your bonus were: Terms: - Game: Fruit Savers - Value: Up to 500 Spins - (Deposit $10 = 100 Spins; $20 = 200 Spins; $30 = 300 Spins; $40 = 400 Spins; $50 = 500 Spins) - Wagering: 25x on FS Winnings - Max cash out: 30x Deposit - Max bet per hand: No - Allowed games: Non-Progressive Slots Only (excluding 777) - No multiple accounts allowed According to the Casino rules, the bonus rules remain in effect until a payout is made or a new action is started. https://bonusblitz.com/terms-and-conditions 7.1. Rules for General Bonuses and Promotions ai. The terms of the promotion are still in effect after all prizes have been withdrawn. Subsequent deposits, wagering requirements being satisfied, withdrawals, or balances falling below $1 won't have an impact on this rule. Since you reached the max cashout limit for your bonus at the time you completed the wagering requirements, we have decided to make a one-time exception and allow you to withdraw your winnings, deducted by the amount of your returned deposit, bonus amount, and the bet amount on the Crash Games. The winnings amount that has been returned to your account as a one-time exception is $828.51. Please log in to your account and request the full amount from the balance. Additionally, please be careful next time and make sure to follow the bonus rules. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are always here to assist you. Kind Regards Daniel Moore BonusBlitz Casino Management
