Hi James, Hope you are well and safe, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and login information with us! We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns regarding your recent experience. Upon reviewing the account with the provided login information, we found that you never placed a single bet on that account. Additionally, we discovered that you created multiple accounts at our Casino, abusing the free promotions. As per the Casino rules, only one account is allowed per person. https://bonusblitz.com/terms-and-conditions 5.1. Establishing a User Account b. Each Player is limited to one User Account. The Casino reserves the right to close all of the Player's accounts if it is discovered that they have opened multiple User Accounts, in which case all potential winnings and bonuses will be regarded as void and invalid. Please don’t take this the wrong way, but after violating the rules by creating multiple accounts to abuse our free promotions, it seems a bit unfair to call our support staff “arrogant” or to accuse us of not paying out when your requests were rejected due to your violation of the rules. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Kind Regards Daniel Moore BonusBlitz Casino Management
