Missing Rewards and Poor Customer Support
I claimed four rewards but have not received any of them in my GCash account. Tremendous confirmed that two rewards were marked as redeemed, yet the money never arrived. Despite repeated follow-ups with Tremendous and Bonusly, my issue remains unresolved. This experience has been frustrating, with no clear solution or accountability. I hope Bonusly and its rewards partners investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Very disappointing service.
